Heather has worked in the behavioral health field for over 7 years, working with a diverse population and an array of mental health disorders as well as being a member of the St. Louis Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team for first responders.


Heather is available to provide supervision for those working toward their licensure (LPC) when space and time permit.

She is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Profession Life Coach (CPLC), Certified SYMBIS Facilitator, Certified DISC Consultant, and Certified Human Behavior Consultant.


Pamela enjoys teaching, leading seminars and workshops, and speaking at ladies' ministry events and conferences on a variety of topics. She also enjoys reading and loves to spend time outdoors gardening or just enjoying nature.


She and her husband have been married 27 years and have 7 children. Their 2 youngest are blessing from God through adoption and both have Down syndrome. There's never a dull minute in her home! Pamela is a minister's wife and she and her family have lived in Brazil, Costa Rica, and Mexico, where they served as missionaries.


Pamela is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She practices a Christ-centered approach to counseling, using clinically proven treatment methods but incorporating biblical principles and worldview into her work. She loves seeing how God transforms lives and heals even the most difficult of situations.


She enjoys and has experience working with a variety of ages, populations, and therapeutic issues, from children on up through adults.
