Heather has worked in the behavioral health field for over 7 years, working with a diverse population and an array of mental health disorders as well as being a member of the St. Louis Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team for first responders.


Heather is available to provide supervision for those working toward their licensure (LPC) when space and time permit.

Dale has recently retired from Mercy Hospital where he was a counselor for the Intensive Outpatient Unit.   He has a total of 17 years of counseling experience working with individuals suffering from co-occurring disorders in an individual and group setting.


Dale is available for drug education within the local schools and communities

expressing interest free of service.

Julie L. McDowell is a licensed professional counselor for the State of Missouri with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field.   Julie is a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor, an active member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and is a Certified Medication Assisted Recovery Specialist.


Julie received her master's degree in counseling psychology (M.A) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is currently working on her Doctorate in Biblical Counseling (D.B.C) through Andersonville Theological Seminary.


Julie has a heart for helping "everyday people" deal with every problems and believes that there isn't any situation in which God is not a part of the healing process.   Julie practices from a distinctly Christian perspective and integrates a biblical worldview into her work with individuals of all ages and a variety of emotional, relational and situational issues.
